If you are unable or prefer not to purchase directly from 1688 or another Chinese supplier, 1688DDP can purchase the goods on your behalf in RMB.
Our purchasing service fee is:
8% of the total product purchase value

Using Your Own Freight Forwarder
If you choose not to use 1688DDP international shipping and ask us to prepare or transfer the goods to another freight forwarder, warehouse handling, packing or transfer fees may apply.

How DDP Shipping Cost Is Calculated
Your DDP shipping quotation may depend on:

What Is Included in a DDP Quote?
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmed quotation, our DDP service generally includes the agreed:

Cargo Protection
Basic Shipping Protection
Basic protection is included when you use our international shipping service.
For an eligible confirmed case of cargo loss or covered customs seizure resulting in permanent non-delivery:
Full refund of the international shipping fee
plus
USD 6 per kg additional compensation
No separate protection fee is charged for basic protection.
Commercial Cargo Protection
Commercial Cargo Protection is available for higher-value goods.
The protection fee is:
10% of the declared product value
For an approved covered loss or covered customs seizure resulting in permanent non-delivery:
Up to 100% of the confirmed insured product value may be compensated.

For products purchased by 1688DDP, customers should review and confirm the goods within 5 days after they arrive at our warehouse.
During this period, we can provide basic inspection information, photos and videos.
Where an eligible supplier refund is successfully completed:
Product Purchase Amount: 100% Refunded
Purchasing Service Fee: Non-Refundable
The purchasing service fee is not refunded because the purchasing work has already been completed.
Supplier refunds and returns remain subject to the supplier’s applicable return and after-sales policies.
